4 things that only girls with guy best friend would understand

Having a guy best friend can be fun and very interesting. Like every relationship it has good days and bad days, but one thing that is certain is that your guy best friend will always have your back.

1: They are good listeners
Even though they don't understand the reason for your rant, why you hate your body, or you crying over a guy who just dumped you, they still take out time to listen to you rant.

2: Your secretes are safe
Every girl will agree with me that we females are not good at keeping secretes, especially the secretes of our fellow sisters. Even though as humans we all have the tendency to spread secretes and gossip like fire can spread in a forest, you've got agree with me that guys are way better at keeping secretes, especially that of their female best friends.

3: Everyone thinks you are dating or like each other

This might be true for some people, but sometimes a guy and a girl just wants to be friends. When you are out together in public people would just assume you are dating, or just too shy to admit your feelings. This can be frustrating, especially if you are looking to meet someone new.

4: you get jealous
Even though you don't want to date him you also don't want him dating anyone, at least not now. Selfish right?, I know but you just can't help it. You are use to it being just the two of you, once he starts dating someone else is coming into the picture, you start to feel jealous.

5: You have probably checked him out once

It is possible for a girl and a guy to be just friends, but that doesn't mean that our emotions don't get involved. Even though we females might never admit this, but at some point you have thought about the possibilities of you guys dating.

Handling lack of admission in Nigeria

Every year millions of youth in Nigeria write jamb, hoping to get admitted to the University to further their studies, and every year thousands of youth get their hope crushed. No admission another year of staying at home. Your mates have all gone to school, your getting old,you feel frustrated and don't know what to do. After finishing my secondary school, I had to wait five years before getting into the University, and I must tell you it wasn't an easy wait. You start to wonder if ever you are going to get into the University.  There are certain things that  you can do to keep yourself busy and  your mind occupied while waiting. 1: get a hobby While you wait for jamb, learn to do something, it would keep your mind from thinking and add to your knowledge. 2: read books Even though you have not gotten admission yet you still need to keep reading, the longer you stay at home the easier it is for you to forget school things, but when you keep reading regardless of anythin

6 signs that you are a side chick

Some girls don't have a problem being a side chick, while some don't even know they are one. How do you know if you are his side chick? Check out these six signs below. 1: You've never been to his place If he's always giving you excuses as to why you cannot come to his place then there is a problem. He is either married or living with his girlfriend, otherwise he's got no reason to stop you from coming over. 2: You never spend the night together He will tell you he has to be up early for work, or he's got somewhere important to be, these are all lies. He's probably going home to his wife or to another side chick. No guy would stay and cuddle a girl that means nothing to him. 3: You never get to meet his friends You might be thinking he's got no friends, probably that's why you haven't met any yet, trust me he's got lots of them, you're just not worth meeting them. 4: He never answers his phone in front of you If he us always

Nollywood or igbohood

For sometime now I have noticed that the movies that are being produced in nollywood especially the locally made OceaNA "aba made" are always centered on the igbo culture. Sometimes I find it difficult to differentiate an igbo movie from an ordinary Nigerian movie. The choice of language, the dressing,  and even the display of culture seems to be only around one side of the country, I mean there are so many ethnic groups in the country why center the industry around just one. Even tractors are not left out as most of the actors in nollywood are igbo speeking, and it's almost impossible for a different to be seen there. I think it's high time something is done about this.
