how to get over a bad breakup

The journey of love is not like the movies would make us believe, s

ome of us have been lucky to find our happy ending, some are still searching. For those that just had a bad break up, here are some steps to help you get over it, and maybe find your happy ending.

1: Delete their contacts
The first thing to do after a break up, is to delete all their contacts from your phone or any where you have them. If you truly want to get over your ex, this step is very important, this would remove all temptations to them. Trust me sister calling them will only cause you pain.

2: Remove anything that reminds you of them
These is quite similar to step 1, only that this has to do with personal belongings. It could be a picture you both shared together, valentine or birthday gift from them, whatever it is that spells their name you don't want to be seeing them, so get rid of them all.

3: Go out
After a bad breakup, we ladies tend to spend the rest of our life shut away from the world, and crying ourselves to sleep every night. Apart from the fact that this is unhealthy, it stops the entire healing process. You need to go out there, meet people, have fun and be happy.

4: Find something doing
The best way to keep your mind from thinking about your ex, is to keep it occupied with other thoughts. Try out new things, find a passion, be with friends and family, with time you will how happy life can be without your ex.

Nollywood or igbohood

For sometime now I have noticed that the movies that are being produced in nollywood especially the locally made OceaNA "aba made" are always centered on the igbo culture. Sometimes I find it difficult to differentiate an igbo movie from an ordinary Nigerian movie. The choice of language, the dressing,  and even the display of culture seems to be only around one side of the country, I mean there are so many ethnic groups in the country why center the industry around just one. Even tractors are not left out as most of the actors in nollywood are igbo speeking, and it's almost impossible for a different to be seen there. I think it's high time something is done about this.

THE RATE OF NUDITY IN AFRICAN MOVIES

The rate at which nudity has become rampant in our movies is becoming alarming. Back then growing up as a kid I comfortably watch a movie with my parents and gain positively from it, but our present generation has gone out of hand. The kind of movies that you see ever day on tv and in the market is nothing to write home about, one can't even differentiate a blue fillm from an ordinary one. I feel so sorry for our movie industries, cause we have lost our ways, we have gone from sharing our culture to the rest of the world to selling sex in movies. It is so bad that I have to preview a movie first before sharing it with my family members.

Five reasons why women are jealous of themselves

Women are never satisfied with the way they look, they always want to look better than the girl next to us. We get jealous when we see a beautiful lady. 2: Intelligence Intelligent people always draw attention to themselves even without asking for it. Women get jealous of other women intelligence because of the attention it brings to them. 3: Confidence There is just something sexy about a confident lady, the attention she commands is enough to make her fellow women jealous of her. 4: Dress sense Looking good is a serious business for we ladies. A women would go out of her wey just to look better than the woman next to her, the cloths are never enough for her. 5: Body weight Women are never satisfied with the way their body looks.
